Yes. Any Windows app with a text cursor works, including VS Code and terminals.
Can it interrupt a command running in my terminal?
No. To read your selection Latch copies with Ctrl+Insert, which a terminal never treats as an interrupt, and it only pastes the text at your cursor. It never presses Enter, so nothing runs until you do.
Does it understand technical terms?
Latch keeps names and terms as you say them. For unusual words, speak them clearly and check the pasted text.
Is it really free?

Do you keep my audio or transcripts?
